Darjana Jovanovic MD.PHD is one of the founders of the Novi Sad Oncology Congress and the French-Serbian Oncology Association! 

She lives and works in Novi Sad, where she graduated the Medicine, specialize Internal Medicine and Oncology! She spent her working life at the Institute of Oncology of Vojvodina and at the Faculty of Medicine, where she retired as a  professor!

From the first days, she was engaged in professional, teaching and scientific work! She actively participated in the establishment of the Department of Oncology and the introduction of the basic subject of Oncology at the basic medical studies in Novi Sad and Banja Luka, RS.

She actively participated and created the program for specializations in Internal Oncology!

He is the author of several books and one hundred educational and scientific works!

She was the head of the Department of Oncology for many years and the Director of the Clinic for Internal Oncology. The field of work is lymphoproliferative diseases, autologous stem cell transplantation, Oncology and Coagulopathies!
