Stela Novak is a second-year medical oncology resident. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Novi Sad, in 2022. During her studies, she received multiple awards for academic excellence, as well as national and university scholarships. After completing her internship, she began working at the Oncology Institute of Vojvodina in Sremska Kamenica in 2023, where she progressed from a physician in training to a permanent position and started her residency in medical oncology in 2024. She is currently a PhD candidate. Her primary professional interest is breast cancer. She has participated in several specialized oncology education programs and preceptorships, including breast cancer–focused training and advanced courses abroad. She is actively involved as a sub-investigator in an ongoing clinical trial and has authored and co-authored numerous scientific publications and conference presentations.
