Teodora Novakovic  is a second-year medical oncology resident, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Novi Sad in 2022, where she completed her medical degree with outstanding academic performance. During her studies, she was awarded the Dositeja Scholarship, a scholarship for gifted students, and received multiple awards for academic excellence.Through the national “100 Best Students of Serbia” employment program, she began her professional career at the Institute for Oncology and Radiology of Serbia in Belgrade in 2023. In 2024, she started her residency in Medical Oncology. She currently works in the Department of Breast Cancer and Gynecologic Malignancies. She has participated in numerous national and European preceptorship programs and specialized oncology education courses. She is actively involved  as a sub-investigator in an ongoin clinical trial and research project and plans to enroll in a PhD program this year. Her primary professional interests include breast and gynecologic cancer.
